Where can I find my PS5 controller serial number?
The serial number is on the back of the DualSense controller. Enter it fully; spaces and hyphens are removed during checking.
Which PS5 controllers are eligible for trade-in?
The initial check evaluates the first serial number digit. If it is 4 or higher, trade-in registration can be added to the cart. Final acceptance follows receipt and inspection.
When is the trade-in discount activated?
The trade-in discount is active immediately in your cart once you add the trade-in registration. You do not need to wait for us to receive or inspect your controller.
Should I send the controller immediately?
No. First add trade-in registration to your cart, then follow the supplied shipping instructions.
Is every eligible controller accepted?
The serial check confirms only basic model eligibility. Condition, completeness, authenticity and other acceptance criteria are checked after receipt.
